Comprised of Trincadeira, Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet and tiny amount Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. This is the estate's entry level wine, though it drinks way above its weight. Like all Quinta do Mouro wines, it is hand-harvested in small crates and crushed by foot in the traditional way. Therese is little to no oak used for elevage.
