Produced on the beautiful island of São Miguel, this is a matured cheese with a semi-hard paste, with a firm texture and matured for a minimum of 2 months.

It is a product with a strong and clean aroma and flavour, obtained from pasteurized cow's milk.

Available in whole format, quarters and slices.
