Salada de Polvo (Octopus Salad)
Start your meal with a refreshing and vibrant Salada de Polvo. This traditional Portuguese appetizer features tender octopus, marinated with onions, bell peppers, parsley, and a zesty lemon and olive oil dressing, creating a perfect balance of flavors and textures.

Salada: Lemon vinegarette spring salad

Bacalhau Madeira Style ( Bacalhau de Escabeche): Bacalhau in olive oil & Vinegar, along with garbanzo beans & Potato 

Arroz Doce (Rice Pudding)
