We combined two very Portuguese specialties and created a simply irresistible fruit jam. From the west of Portugal comes our Rocha pear, sweet, juicy, and known for its unique texture.
We added to this truly Portuguese pear the unique touch of one of the treasures created in the Douro Valley — Port wine. The result is an elegant combination with depth and warmth.
